Company Overview

Established in 2000, Offshore Inland Marine & Oilfield division embarked on a mission to deliver high-quality Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Construction (EPIC) services.  Now as a full-service company, Offshore Inland Marine & Oilfield provides such projects as heavy structural steel fabrication, high-pressure pipe systems, as well as mechanical and equipment solutions to the ocean-going marine, inland marine, oil and gas, offshore drilling, sub-sea service, dredging, and shore side plant industries.  Based in Mobile, Alabama, the company completes large and small local dockside and repair projects as well as delivers the same full services offsite support throughout the Gulf Coast, offshore, and around the world.

Ideally positioned, M&O sits adjacent to more than 3,000 feet of deep-water berths with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. At a fully secure, 20+ acre repair base, the capable management team handles large turnkey dockside projects, multiple heavy fabrication contracts, and quick turnaround repair jobs simultaneously. However, what makes M&O unique is that it provides what few other shipyards offer: mobility and flexibility. When clients cannot go to Mobile, Alabama facility, M&O dispatches a "mobile repair team" to their client's remote job site. Moreover, whether topside or offshore, M&O tailors service requests to meet a customer's specific needs, rather than selling the "packaged repair plans" that many other companies promote.

M&O's commitment to craftsmanship is unsurpassed. Every offshore structural and pipe welder is "Class Certified" and uses only the finest products, materials, and equipment available. The company boasts a staff of more than 300 highly skilled engineers, technicians, and craftsmen who pursue continuing industrial education to deliver the most innovative, cost-effective, and durable maintenance and overhaul services in the industry.Today, the company is one of the largest service providers for marine and oilfield projects, as well as one of the leading emergency response marine repair force in the United States.
